Return and Refund Policy

Order Policy
All Bookworm Blankets are made to order, which means production begins as soon as you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Shipping Policy
Once an item has shipped, it is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on shipped orders unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your blanket is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at bookwormblankets@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, as each blanket is made to order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange a replacement.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you’re located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This only applies if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and not customized.
